Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Parish of Mt Gravatt will be held in the church on Sunday the 27th day of February 2022 at 10.30 am. (postponed to the 6 March)

The parish of Mt Gravatt generally holds the AGM in two parts in November and February each year. Part A includes elections and appointments for positions to begin on January 1 of the following year. Part B Is the presentation of the reports pertaining to the year past as well as the presentation of audited financial reports and presentation of the proposed budget for the current year for consideration and adoption. The AGM in 2022 will be held as one meeting as indicated above and the agenda is available below.

• Nomination forms are available here and must be returned at least 10 days before the AGM.

• Notice of any other parish business to be dealt with at the AGM must be submitted to the Rector or Wardens at least 10 days before the AGM.

• Reports to be included in the AGM book must be emailed to secretary@stbarts.net.au by February 10.

To participate in an AGM in voting, nominating or being nominated, on must first be registered on the official ”Electors” role. Below is a declaration that is required to submitted to the wardens before being added to the elector role. This role is maintained by the wardens of the parish and parishioners do not need to make this declaration every year. It has been some time since this role has been collated and I am therefore requesting all participants complete this declaration for the 2022 AGM.
